A New Normal Celebration 




The festival is an annual festival that takes place annually. A celebration of religious remembrance. The fiesta in Vigan usually has many events. For example: the street dancing and the parade and especially the carnival. But due to uncertain example, it was canceled due to covid-19 disease


This Year’s Vigan Town Festival celebration is not the same as previous years due to the pandemic going on around the world. So the citizens living in Vigan City don’t feel like the town fiesta. But their culture and if they don’t celebrate Vigan Fiesta, their year is not complete so they just celebrate at their house even if there is a pandemic.
