This quarter is the fourth quarter of my fourth year in the Ilocos Sur National High School; in short, this is the last quarter of my Pisay journey. Because of that, I made it a point that I would maximize all the time I have left in this school. I studied very hard for every subject, and take into my heart all the lessons I have learned this last quarter in my highschool. This year overall has been a wonderful learning experience. I would have to say that throughout all of my year in school, I have learned the most math this school year. Even though we had a huge amount of new math topics to learn, it was a fun experience to be able to understand some of my advises homework. For 10th grade, I think the most important aspect to share with them is that I won't work hard unless they tell me to.      I would probably need to share to my teacher that I won't say if I'm not being challenged, I will just go along with whatever they give me. Mothers are the most important persons in our lives and they put in their all to help us hone our skills and/or abilities and carve our personalities. Mother's Day is celebrated every year to appreciate the efforts a mother puts in for her child. People usually give gifts, flower bouquets, etc. to their mothers to make this day special. Mother is the heartbeat in the home: and without her, there seems to be no heartthrob. MOTHER is just a six-letter word but has more worth than any other word in the dictionary. Mother is the first teacher and friend of her child. She is the one who is endowed with all the power. No creature in this world can be as powerful as a mother!! She goes through unimaginable pain to give us the gift of life and never falters. She is the most powerful epitome of love, sacrifices and care. No one can ever replace her at any cost. “ Youth fades; love droops, the leaves of friendship fall; a moth
